I bought this for my Eclectus. He's quite picky about his food and I've tried other freeze dried foods which he nibbled on but didn't actually eat. I have been feeding my flock of seven parrots this food for breakfast for many years. The range of legumes, seeds, fruits, vegetables, pasta and nuts is the best and most consistent I've found. They all love it and I mean LOVE it. This is very good for chilling with your pet. You could probably use this every day if you wanted to, but it doesn't contain big beans like Peruvian beans or anything like that. They are mostly small beans like lentils. But when you need to take a break with your parrot, or in my case my eclectus, this works great.
