Ideal for growing DIY shiitake mushrooms

Great water vapor unit! I am growing shiitake and oyster mushrooms in 2 seedling terrariums and needed a reliable two-pipe steam system. I added this to my WiFi timer sockets so I prefer analog dials. It easily holds water for 2 weeks and is easy to fill/refill.

Super quiet and amazing fog!

MUCH easier than my old Reptifogger! I don't have to turn this upside down, so it's already got a different bit. You can pour water into the tank without removing the lid, but pour slowly! Pour too fast and you might splash over the edge (: The yield is very good and the included splitter is a great bonus. I have a 2x2x4 chameleon vivarium so I split it into mist in two different places on top of the fuselage ..Edit : Took 4 months and the tank seal didn't seem to work I dumped a whole gallon…

REMOVE THE BUBBLE!

Started to work but then stopped. There are no real installation guidelines other than keeping the hoses straight. The troubleshooting in the "Owner's Manual” is so general that it's useless. The website doesn't mention it either, but it does mention that I can "contact the supplier or agent", so that's very helpful, right? Great for indoor growing in small spaces!

I've been using it for 3 months now and it exceeds all expectations. I grow heirloom tomatoes year round, yes true tomatoes, but I suppose most people will use these for other crops these days. For the past 10 years I've always had to open up my tent (environment), pull out the tank, fill it with water and fumble to get it back in. I always miss and spill water. Terrible – Hums & Leaks Fog

Terrible. Watch the video to avoid the wall of text. First, there are vent holes on the lid through which half of the mist comes out. I had to cover them with gorilla tape. Who TF designed this?!? Second, after working for a week (intermittently, not constantly) it started buzzing, so NOT the "quiet whisper" as advertised. I can even hear it humming when the TV is on. I only use distilled water, I rinsed it without submerging it and checked the fan. This thing shows no signs of wear, only…
