🏄 Krypt Towers Polished Aluminum Wakeboard Rack - Adjustable Angles, Secure Clamping for Various Tubing Sizes Review

I bought this rack to replace the one I accidentally banged against the garage door. Looks great and holds my boards great.

The rubber pad fell out after only a few weeks. The tape they use to hold the rubber strip in place doesn't work to hold the strip in place.

The rail was easy to assemble and install on my wake tower. Perfect fit for Monster MTK Tower. two wakeboards easily fit in the rake. Can't wait to get another tower for other boards.

Great for Monster Tower MT1! It also looks great. Please note that they are not cleaned like a tower. They are shiny chrome plated. To be honest, I haven't been on the water with them yet, but the boards fit great on a test ride.

Great bag for the money. Looks fantastic and matches my polished aluminum tower. The only complaint is that it spins on two wakeboards when it jumps, so I added an adjustment screw on the back but haven't removed it since.

Installation is easy, but if your turret tube is 2.5" in diameter, the included rubber will not work. I used very thin tubing rubber to avoid scratching the tower mounts. In addition, you cannot wrap the rubber from all sides. Small crescents are used.

I called Krypt and they bluntly said it didn't fit in the bar (which my Calabria has). We bought anyway. decent quality. There are no instructions - in general, this is weak. But. We tightened the hex nuts with a vise, which made a huge difference and added no thread slippage. Racks work well for a week in Shasta. No complaints.

Even with the thickest insert the rail slides down the bar. I'll wrap the bar in black tape and I think that will fix it if don't even build anything badly they look nice but it sucks to change something that says it does what it doesn't I edited it and changed it to 4 stars so it down to a 1 3/4 " stem, I just took the smallest piece of rubber that came with it, cut 3 small 0.5cm rectangles out of it and glued them into the largest bushing and it works great. It took like 3 minutes.

This is the first star I give out of about 100 reviews. Don't waste money on them. They really only sell 2", 2 1/2" and 3" turret clamps. They make up for this by giving you "rubber clamps" that, no matter what size you are (I mean even down), they slide down... frustrated with myself I spent money on it and went back and forth with the seller to find a solution that doesn't solve the problem (convinced me to buy different collars which I buy additionally , which didn't fix anything).
