I really wish I could give this five stars because they are so beautiful in my home, very comfortable, great price and pretty easy to assemble, but the base ruined my floors. The rubber is very hard and leaves massive scratches on my parquet floors. I tried every furniture pad I could think of and it didn't work. I ended up having to put several layers of tape on the underside to avoid scratching.

These are normal very rich browns - not as pictured. I even tried swapping the base pieces together to see if that would help but it works just don't work in this size is shorter than everyone else THE WORST thing about these stools is they are NOT 26" tall! See attached picture. They are too low for my kitchen counter which is a standard 35" countertop. False advertising.
