I didn't pay attention to the flange bolts that came with it and based on previous reviews I went to Lowe's and got 12 nice new flange bolts for about $10. A few thoughts: The outer box says 'Made in Canada' as far as I remember, the inner box says 'Assembled in USA' where the item is actually located. one can only guess. Revain's work on the packaging was abysmal: the outer box was partially open, but inside everything was moving. I would give 5 stars if I had more confidence in using the replacement bolts that come with these hubs. Other posts have stated that the cleats are junk, although the hubs are great. OEM bolts are metric class 8.8 (= SAE class 5). The replacement bolts that come with the hubs are not grade marked so they may be unnecessary and unusable.
