great HUBS - Hub Assemblies

Warn hubs are some of the best in the business and some of the cheapest on Amazon. My local parts store was selling the same part for double the price. Very solid part, I'm not worried about breaking anything. When I put them on I redid the entire front knuckle so the bushings were a bit redundant to me. The only problem I found during installation was that the steering knuckle was not long enough to reinstall the snap ring. so i still put everything together and so far no problems, although…

excellent reputation, precious stone processing

What can I say? Impeccable quality, excellent reputation, jewelry craftsmanship. In the early 1960's my father insisted on these Warn hubs when we bought our first IH Scout in 1962. Installed with no problems and should last forever. My GEO Tracker's original hubs seemed to have a very tight on/off range and far too often ended up with a rattling buzz and demanding attention. This resulted in the hubs being left permanently on and being robbed of their function. I'm looking forward to winter…

Installed on a 1999 4WD Chevy Tracker

I have a 1999 Chevy Tracker that already has 4WD and 4WD air mesh. It's similar to the Toyota system: when you select four-wheel drive in the transfer case, the air system engages a clutch gear at the front that puts you in four-wheel drive. Convenient, but it means some things are constantly turning and potentially causing more wear. So some of us install manual hubs anyway. The other big advantage is that you can use low range in 2WD mode, which is handy for long descents on paved roads…

Suzuki Samurai Manuals

If you are purchasing these bushings for your Samurai, you should know that they are not an exact replacement. When you remove your old Asian hubs, there is a "C" clip on the end of the spline that needs to be removed to remove the hubs. Don't worry about losing it as you don't need it to install the Warn hubs. . The warning bushes cover the groove of the "C" clamp when installed, and the clamp cannot be installed. This bothered me when I installed my Warn hubs and thought Revain had sent me…

Warning hubs for Suzuki Vitara work GREAT!

These hubs install in literally minutes and have been working great so far. They slide in and out smoothly and release the axles with ease. The only scam I can think of about them is; The 4x4 and 4x2 stamped on the hub are difficult to read as they are small. The look is clean and stylish. I haven't "officially" checked my gas mileage yet as I need to 4X4 in the Utah snow, but my gas mileage seems to be improving and the car "seems" to drive a little "freer" on the road to the Unlocked "4X2"…
