Let no sand through!

I will wear these diving/hiking sandals when I go for a walk on the beach. I have had problems with sand getting into my sandals and forming blisters. So far I am satisfied (worn only once) as no sand has escaped. They're low-cut, about the height of my Kean sandals, and fitted close to my ankles.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • High price

Great fit, perfect thickness

I bought these to wear as socks under water shoes and with open heel snorkel fins. They worked very well - they were comfortable in both situations, keeping my feet warm while swimming in the cold water in the cave, and allowing me to walk on rocks with just my socks on without cutting my feet. If they were a little higher on my ankle they would get a 5. So they are a bit low. I have women's shoes in size 9-10, I bought them in a small size and they fit perfectly.

SO convenient and easy.

Purchased size Large for men's shoe size 10 US: I bought these shoes for my husband and he loved them. It was his first pair of socks with fins and I don't think he would snorkel or dive without them. We liked them because they're lightweight (no zippers) and dry pretty quickly. They also kept us on our feet very well. We used them for snorkeling and snorkeling multiple times a day on a 7 day trip and they still look like new. The sand didn't really get into the socks when they were on, which…

Looks like a good buy

I bought these to wear comfortably under my snorkel fins. They were relatively inexpensive and did their job from relatively thick material. We wore them for 3 days while snorkeling in Hawaii. I don't know if they will stand the test of time as we only used them on a recent vacation. I bought a medium size for myself (I'm a women's size 8), a small for my 12 year old daughter (women's size 5) and a large size for my husband (men's size 11). All socks fit. I could also fit in a small size.

Callus Prevention - Sport

They really help prevent calluses when using fins. They are designed for swim fins, so they are a bit loose and don't work well when used alone. So don't buy them thinking they are cheaper/better than real open water neoprene socks. Let me reiterate that they are great when used with fins when swimming. I had fin blisters. I was terrified of getting kicked because I knew the fins would cut and break my legs. These socks with fins have alleviated all of those issues and I can swim with fins with

repeat purchase. in Surfing

This is our second purchase of these socks. My husband prefers to use these as a water sock rather than a water shoe as he doesn't like walking barefoot in hotel pools etc. This is great for purpose and true to size. Since these are not water shoes and the sole has no tread, they tend to wear out and roll, eventually breaking and leaving holes in the sole. This is to be expected as it is not used as intended. The first pair lasted about 2 years with moderate use so it's still decent quality and

No more blisters! No more patches!

I like to wear slippers (crocodile shape) during our annual family vacation, when we usually spend a week at a resort in Mexico. Unfortunately, I found that after a few hours I got blisters in several places. The more I walk, especially when I'm wet, the more my skin wears out, until by the end of the holiday walking becomes a pain and my feet are sore, no matter how many band-aids I put on over and over again. This time I bought these socks for swimming. What an absolute treat! There wasn't…

I am very happy with these socks and look forward to using them.

I received these socks with fins a few days ago and although I haven't had a chance to use them in the water I have tried them on and tried them out with fins. Having small feet makes it difficult for me to put the fins on. The adult size 7 to 8 is really too big for me, but the smaller sizes are too small and I get cramps in my calves. I went down a size 7-8 and bought these water socks to fill in the gaps. I tried them on with my fins and they fill in those gaps perfectly. They are well made…

Does what it's supposed to do well.

Having read many other reviews on here I think it's important to point out what they are and what they are supposed to do. These are neoprene fin socks that you wear to avoid chafing of the hard fins when swimming/diving. These are not tabi/reef shoes/diving shoes/pool shoes. I will be glad if these 6-12 months are used every other day. If you wear them like shoes, they will fall apart. It's just not what they were designed for and it's not fair to give them bad marks, just as it would be…
