5 switches with boots for under $10 sounds pretty good but getting 4 of these working is more like it. The plunger on one of the switches doesn't return, so it's permanently either on or off. Again, time will tell.

If you are looking for a good value on/off switch then this is the one for you. 20 gauge wires, push, push. Rubber boots for the switch button, it is necessary to use silicone on the back where the wires exit to prevent moisture from entering if the back of the switch area is not dry. They're about as cheap as you get. If you're looking for something more durable, consider a $1.70 traditional up/down toggle switch (not waterproof, but a better switch).

Purchased to replace the 12v extractor fan push button switch in my bathroom in my caravan. Fits perfectly and served its purpose. The knob's screw cap is like a rubber nipple that's supposed to be waterproof, but it's definitely a cheap casing that the cap screws into. Any tension on the wires will cause a visible crack in the case's seam, so I don't see how it's waterproof. I checked other switches in my package and they did the same. However, it works now.
