As a result of my tests, I determined that this Forstner bit is one of the best ones in the market. Its carbide design cuts through even the toughest of woods and offers a clean, smooth and accurate hole. The sharpness and durability of this drill bit make it a great addition to any woodworking project. However, it does require careful handling as it's quite fragile and can break easily if not treated properly.

Pros
  • Provides clean and precise holes
Cons
  • Requires a drill press for optimal use

Poor quality bit but suitable for soft woods

I would not recommend this bit. It's definitely low quality, but it was a reasonable price and you get what you pay for. Worked at a specific job I was doing.

Pros
  • Strong and smooth
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
