Best Web Reservation Software For Hotels

The best thing about webreserve is that it offers all types of booking options like online or offline, single/multiple rooms etc. It also has live chat option which helps to resolve any confusion regarding bookings very easily. I can't say anything negative as far as my experience with this software goes but i would recommend everyone who's looking for an easy-to use hotel management solution should definitely go ahead using webserver because its extremely user friendly!   • Easy interface
  • Fast response times.
  • Also their Customer Support team was prompt enough while resolving one issue faced by me at initial stage before even placing order.:)
Cons
  • Very few integrations available currently compared other market players(Zendesk) however they seem quite active trying new things
