    Works great for a small pump

    Works great for a small pump. This is set at a depth of 85 feet and delivers about 1.5 gallons per minute. Exactly what was advertised.

    Very important! suitable for rough installations

    We bought this pump to replace our pump for our standard tank. The old one was very expensive. This one kept our tanks full and hasn't failed yet. We'll see how long it lasts, but so far very impressed! Update: Over a year later it's still holding up! Great product! Keeps up with 6 horses and 12 cows.

    works well! on Rough Plumbing

    I have an old hand dug well and I am pumping it up a fairly steep hill. At least 100 feet difference from low to high. It is directly connected to a 250W solar panel. Fill my containers with water for our greenhouse so I can hand water the gardens. I find this very helpful and has saved me many hours carrying water to the gardens manually.

    I was concerned about the bad reviews so I bought this pump.

    I was concerned about the bad reviews so I also paid for the two year warranty when I bought this pump. For the past 5 months this pump has been running about 2-3 hours a day, pumping water from the fish pond to irrigate the hillside. My pump is connected to a 100w 12v solar panel. At 12v this pump will produce around 0.5 GPM on average.

    Works great so far

    So far the pump has worked like a champ. I have it in a well with water level 65 feet below the surface. I have a timer pump that runs 3 1/2 hours a day pumping water into the pond. So far it has been working for 3 months without any problems. I see these pumps advertised as '12v', '24v' and '12/24v', I believe they are the same pump. I ordered a 12v pump but got the pump marked 24v and the papers said 12/24v. I power it with a 12v car battery which is charged by a three piece solar cell. If…

    Worked great for 16 months

    As far as I could find, these and shurflo are the only direct current pumps or there with a three-digit price tag. However, this Chinese-made pump is about a quarter cheaper than its American competition. I've only had it a few days so can't say how long it will last, but so far so good. It pumps at least 1.6 GPM, if not closer to 2, at least with very little buoyancy, maybe 10-20 feet, which is what I pumped. I've even tried hooking it up directly to a low pressure irrigation system and it…
