🛶 Gray Pungo Kayak Console with Dry Storage - Wilderness Systems Pungo Dashboard Review

I fitted this onto an old town steamer 10. I cut out part of the existing kayak dashboard surface. However, this property is fantastic.

for my Perception Prodigy 10.0. It fits perfectly in the kayak but leaves little to no room to get in and out, at least for me at 5ft 8in, see photo. I like to put my feet on the deck on long rides and that doesn't allow it. A very good accessory that I would have liked to use but ended up sending back. :(

I bought this console for my Field and Stream Eagle Run kayak. I had to cut a useless cup holder off the front of the kayak with a dremel and it fitted this console perfectly. Snugly fits the paracord around the back edge of the opening and the compartment is in the correct position. The side compartments are ideal for mounting a Scotty rod holder. Worth your money👍.

This console adds some nice features for the passenger in our tandem kayak (Pamlico 135T Wilderness Systems 2011, for anyone looking/asking how it fits Kayak). In our case, the passenger is 5 years old, so having space for snacks, a water bottle, found items and other entertainment is very helpful when walking. The console fits well; I'm only deducting one star because it's expensive for what it is. However, if you are lucky, it will last a long time. I could well imagine how we would modify it

Perfect fit. Great solution to add a nice console with a little extra waterproof storage and a few small handy compartments for bait, water bottles etc. I have two of these. I have two kayaks. It is perfect for Perception Prodigy 12.0. It doesn't match the Wilderness Systems Aspire 105 (which already has a sculpted dashboard). It is held in place by adjustable bungee cords that run around the cockpit cannon. It would be nice if it was secured a bit from below. I take it off when transporting the kayak on my truck because I don't trust those bungee cords enough because of the wind and impact there, but it's easy to put on and take off. Not suitable for Pelican Pursuit 100 Dlx (Luxe) unless you make some modifications to the kayak and console. I put a thin piece of cardboard on the round drywall (below), I said thin. Use a felt tip pen to trace the outside of the kayak. Then I cut out the template with a jigsaw. Now the front edge of the console will match the outside edge of the kayak. Personal preference: I bought this original version of the WS Kayak console to use in place of the last console that came with my 2020 Pungo 125. I found this "old design" easier to use. Fits my Wilderness Systems ULTRA LITE 120 Pungo kayak. This comes in handy for storing water bottles when you can't find the right size bottle or it won't drop low enough. Small items fit into separate compartments if you don't mind getting wet (depending on water/weather conditions). The small round storage compartment with lid is NOT waterproof after 2 months of use.
