Excellent pressure reducing fitting for industrial use!

Using this product, our team found that it effectively regulates pressure while maintaining a steady flow of air or liquids. Wilkins 600 Exact Replacement

My original Wilkins 600 failed after 19 years and it was an easy replacement. Disconnect the fitting and unscrew the body, then clean all the connections and reinstall with tape and sealant if necessary. Check and adjust the pressure if necessary and good job. The valve is factory set at 50psi, but if your inlet pressure is not close to 175-200psi you will need to make an adjustment. It's really easy to make this work. Great value for a well built product. This model is a direct replacement for the 600 model.

My water heater was intermittently spewing water. At first I thought it was the safety valve on the water heater, especially when it wouldn't close all the way when I tried to blow it out. After installing a new pressure reducing valve on the water heater, the valve was spitting out about a liter a day. I checked the water pressure on the house water pressure regulator and found it to be over 100psi. After opening the valve, the pressure is held at 50psi but slowly increases to over 100psi. I…
