Bad nonsense. best mics and accessories

The damper is well made, but it doesn't screw into my Yeti at all. It gets stuck no matter how I align the threads and it doesn't screw all the way in. It leaves a gap and is not flush with the end of the nut built into the product. Make sure the thread is not tight. It's not the right size because it goes halfway unthreaded and when I rotate it it rotates the whole thing sideways in the mic thread.

100% NOT compatible with Blue Yeti Microphone!

100% DOES NOT FIT YETI microphone. I didn't listen to other reviews, no I thought this would never happen to me, but then. The bracket came, but the screw just doesn't fit. Even without an adapter. Yes, I can rotate something. No, I'm not blind and I'm not a complete idiot, I'm telling you, that absolutely, positively doesn't fit. You can always try and then let me know so I can say "I told you so". Or just skip this and buy another mount that actually fits the Blue Yeti.

It matches the threads on my Yeti

I know some people have had experience with mismatched mounting threads on their Blue Yeti. I was pleased that my new damper fits perfectly into the mounting hole on my recently purchased (October 2020) Yeti Blackout Edition microphone. The shock mount was strong enough for a heavy mic. The elastic is quite tight and I'm wondering how well it will isolate vibrations - although I can't test that because I hated the Blue Yeti (cutout) and sent it back. Be careful when connecting the bracket to the boom arm.

I bought this to use with my Blue Yeti mic and while I could see my sound improving I had trouble placing the mic comfortably. I did not rate the mount for this reason. I tried unscrewing the shock from my hand and the gold mic screw (that came with my hand to connect my mic) is now glued to the shock and can't be unscrewed. get it out Now that my current arm is useless because I don't have a screw to connect the mic, I need to buy another arm.
