I bought this for my hearing impaired mother. She could not hear people at her door. The volume is loud when turned up, which was what we needed. There are 2 speakers that you can place anywhere in the house. They plug directly into an electrical outlet. You can choose from many different tones for the doorbell. I was very pleased with the way it worked. I would buy this again. It also is pleasing to the eye when you attach it outside your door.

I use this product indoors for an apartment entry door. Normal knocks are difficult to hear through the entire apartment. I placed the two receivers in different rooms. An easy solution for a very reasonable price.

This is a great product. It is easy to install. Selecting the ring that you want and adjusting the volume is simple. I had my doorbell installed in less than 20 minutes.

My husband had difficulty hearing the old doorbell, especially when he was in the bedroom, far away from the ringing doorbell. The Avantek has bells that ring anywhere you want them to. We placed one in our hall near the living room and kitchen and one in the bedroom. We can adjust the sound; made it LOUD. Now he hears it well. Worked for us!

We use these for our kids room. They don't have different settings based on device. If you call one you have to call both. They are not specific based on remotes but we use them for dinner time or when we need the kids to come down. No need to text or yell from the other side of the house.

They should have thought about an option to mount the button horizontally. Unfortunately, you can't rotate the button inside the case, even if you disassemble it! Bad design! Without this the bell icon points in the wrong direction. Just two more slots in the mold and I would have given it 5 stars!

This doorbell is mighty! Especially for the price. It has a plethora of chimes ranging from a regular doorbell sound to jingles. It was very very simple to set up and the instructions were easy to understand. I’ve had this doorbell for over a month and no issues what so ever.

These are loud. The choice of tunes is ok but not great. I like my old one that does Joy to the world that this does not have.The issue here is when I installed the doorbell ringer you have to take off the cover if you want to screw it in and not just use the adhesive. You'll also need to take the cover off to change battery. When taking off, there is a clip that holds the cover in place.
