Do not buy! Suitable for POS equipment

Don't waste your money or time on this product. The phone app doesn't work. Cannot connect USB to laptop. Downloading what you're supposed to download doesn't work. I should have listened to the bad reviews on this product.

Very handy printer

I love that this printer is wireless so I don't have to deal with extra cords and wires on my already crowded desk. Set up was simple and straightforward. While turning on the printer, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. It doesn't "click" like some raised buttons, but rather flashes and beeps - just a tip. I also have another POLONO thermal label printer and I like it too. I know this brand and am happy with their products so far.

Lightweight and portable

I wasn't sure if I should buy this printer because of the many bad reviews. But it was the ONLY option I could find that was truly fully Bluetooth AND small. I needed this printer to fit in our motor home. As soon as I received it I tried it on so I could send it back for a full refund if it was as mentioned in other reviews. So Convenient Best in Office Electronics
