Reliable and fast customer service: wrrk

I love how easy it is to get help as soon as you need, no matter what time of day or night! The app also has some pretty cool features like scheduling appointments so that's nice too haha. It would be great if there was more integration with other services such as Zendesky which helps people find jobs faster from your team instead of having them search for their own job (sometimes). Great tool when trying to manage an ever growing call volume during busy seasons in our industry - we can't…

Wrkr really helped my staffing agency thrive

The most important thing that I love about wrrk is their ability to quickly onboard new agents and train them to be successful in their role. It's easy for me to understand what each agent needs to do every day, and it helps keep me informed of any issues or questions they may have. I also like that wrrk has an excellent support team that can help with anything you need. Their pricing model is a little complicated, so make sure you are comfortable with all the different options before signing…
