I'm sure it would have been a valuable asset but the one I received was used, missing parts and a tool to use it was bent. I had to buy another brand as a replacement as they were no longer available.

Good case. The instruments are well made. The right connector selection. Worked quickly and easily on repairs. I don't know what else I expected. Would definitely buy again. For repairing Bobcat compact tractor tires on the job site. Payback within the first hour by minimizing downtime. It is equally effective for emergency truck or car tire repairs in the outback. To be on the safe side, I would have a car tire repair confirmed by a reputable tire dealer.

I actually tried to fix my dad's tire with a plug kit from Walmart. No bueno. The plastic handle and cheap steel made the tire difficult to puncture. It made me search for the real thing, like in a gas station garage. I found this and it's the real deal. The handle is metal and most importantly, the poker is sharp. Lubrication is also important. What can you say other than this one works better than others I've tried. Beware of gas stations that are not of the same brand. The strands they use in this kit are the perfect size and don't bind. I used a different brand of refills (cheap) and couldn't seat the plugs properly. I had to widen a hole that was too big and still had problems. Excellent quality tire repair kit and almost exactly the same as ARB kit with no ARB price makes this kit very good value for money. The mortise and reamer handles are definitely solid, despite being hollow on the inner ends, but the entire handle appears to be cast from a single piece of metal. I used it on about 6 tires. 4 on 10 ply tires on work truck and 2 on regular pickup tires. This is the first kit I've had where the paste tool doesn't break after pinning 10 layers. Both the reamer and the socket tool are solid pieces of thick, durable metal. We had to use hammers to operate the reamer multiple times when the hole is small and the tool intact.
