It doesn't work at all

I recently bought this microphone but it doesn't work at all. The transmitter with microphone should establish a Bluetooth connection with the receiver, but the blue light on the receiver will flash steadily, indicating a successful pairing (as instructed). I'm not sure if the problem is just with bluetooth or if the mic itself is defective. I've also tried this on multiple audio devices (stereo, two computers) and the result is the same. Unfortunately the company has not responded to my emails

Not suitable for saxophone

About time to add an unsponsored review. I tried this with an alto saxophone attached to the front of a trumpet. Really just wanted him to record my practice and maybe try an effects pedal. The audio quality was decent but it was impossible to get the volume out and I recorded straight into a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) even with the volume set to a maximum of 11. I have experience with sound recording and couldn't get decent volume. without manipulation after recording. This also…

Good range and sound but VERY sensitive

This mic picks up the instruments I've tried it on - sax, trumpet and accordion. The range is very good - I was able to get it to about 50 feet before leaving the house and losing the signal - and it comes through with good volume and clarity. The instrument is picked up by the microphone. Pressing valves and buttons sounds like a powerful microphone on a bass drum. If you google some solutions, this seems to be a common problem with these clips. Reducing the gain on the mic and the bass on the

This is a great little wireless condenser system for saxophones and other wind instruments, but it also works great in my home recording studio for plugging in a mic, amplifying and recording other gear - mandolins, kalimba, Cajon (aka slapbox) and for capturing string sounds when using two mics on my hollowbody electric guitar. The transmitter and receiver are easy to pair, and the receiver also has multiple multi-channel capabilities. The owner's manual might have some explanations about…

For sax recording and live performance this mic is great

I really wanted to show how this mic works, not just describe it. My idea was to record a few seconds of me blowing the saxophone and then show on the digital audio workstation that it not only picked up the sound but recorded it at a good level. My limitation in this video is obviously the camera itself and possibly the operator. If you don't see any readings on the computer after I've recorded a few seconds, take my word for it - it's a good read. I love that the saxophone recording level is…
