The problem with LEDs is that they "glow everywhere" and don't shine very far. That's why headlights are useful. This is the closest point light I've ever seen without a focusing lens to a true point light. To get true point light with sharp edges, a focused lens is needed. I bought these and installed them on my commuter bike because I ride a lot of dark country roads every four seasons. They give good light and increase my visibility. LATEST UPDATE DOWN! I am not very happy with these lights. When I opened the box a small screw fell out and it turned out to be the screw holding the lens of one of the lights. I found an empty hole and tried to screw the screw in, but found the hole was almost completely unthreaded. I used screw lock and put the screw back in and it held. The headlights are bright and have a good beam, but both headlights are already filled with fog under both lenses and occasionally have water droplets after…
