Great tool to automate your business processes

I like that you can create workflows in order for calls through our system are automatically made, we have less errors when making outgoing or incoming phone numbers by using this software which is very easy of use as well has all features needed such us recording etc.. nothing at moment but i am sure it will be updated soon since they update their apps regularly so if there's anything new please let me know! We're solving problems related from time management until data entry into excel sheets
