Insanely bad materials; Here I thought that the $50 fixed lens hood I got from the aftermarket store seemed cheap to me. I was concerned that the headband would tear, snap or somehow break when adjusting, everything is plastic including the screws. Pretty soft plastic. Because it's so cheap, it flexes a lot. I only received this hood a few days ago and have only used it for a few minutes so far. I will come back later with a more detailed review when I use it longer.
