Examine it carefully.

The item arrived damaged, affecting the use of the cutter. Came with missing large chips. Will return this bit to get one that is not corrupted.

good bit and price right

Lots of experience with yonico bits = 1/2" and 1/4" shank and I have no problems with them. They keep a good lead for a long time if you don't push them too fast.

good tool. Just make sure you tighten the screw!

Cuts well and lasts a long time. I learned firsthand to check screw tightness before each use. My first bit appeared to have the screw loose and wouldn't fall out until the threads were loose, rendering the bit useless after threading about 70 pounds of pressure treated 1x4. The racquet was quickly replaced by the seller free of charge. When I received the second bit, I found the screw wasn't carelessly loose, but not as tight as I thought it would be.
