Description of Yonico 13914Q Degree Forming Router

This bit has a 15/16" cutting height with an angle of 30 Degrees. This bit can be used to create 6 sided shapes and has a 1/4" shank. Add a beveled edge to surface edges or create accurate miter joints. Premium C3 micro-grain tungsten carbide blades for a sharper & longer lasting edge. For use on table mount and handheld router. Silver induction brazing for maximum strength and durability.

Great Value Bit

Excellent accessory for little money. I'm making a hexagonal terrarium and this worked great for smoothing out the edges of the panels.

Pros
  • This bit has a 15/16" cutting height and 30 degree angle. This bit can be used to create 6 point shapes and has a 1/4" shank .
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

Check the corner. suitable for edge and groove routers

Planned to use this router to make hexagonal shelves. Tried a few things and made a rather disappointing discovery. It's not real 30 degrees. Sometime around 31.27. Not impressed.

Don't trust Yonico tips

Shaft bends on first use and ruins many hours of work. I used a lightweight 1/2" MDF router bit and didn't push it. It failed miserably. Jonico - I would suggest you use a higher quality metal for your router bits. Someone could get into an accident.
