Used to make room on an old sliding glass door to install a new door latch. made short-time work. It took less time to make two doors with this tool than one door with another. Definitely recommend.

Slot works better than I thought, can't be beat for the price, fits well and holds up well, used it to clean some welds (mild steel) and lengthen old spacer cups, I won't lie I am impressed with how it held up on the bearing shell

New home, two doors close but don't actually lock. I could see that the latch was right under the latch. Grab the hole in just a few seconds and it will be repaired. No need to unscrew the screws that loosen everything.

I used this to open some holes in a sheet metal on the back of a car. It grinds holes surprisingly well with no visible wear or dulling of the burrs. This is one of those tools where it's cheaper to spend more money right now than to buy a few cheaper units later.

This is a good burr cutter. I was a bit hesitant because of the price but having used it on 1/8" sheet steel I am happy with the purchase. So far it has held up well and shown no signs of wear. Stock as needed. I would most likely buy it again, if needed.

Bought 2 to remove drilled holes in 3/16" sheet steel. The slowest speed on the drill (same as drill speed). The first broke in a hole about halfway through and the second went through 3 holes but a couple of the cutter teeth are badly damaged. It could hold aluminum but definitely not mild steel.
