Seems to be enough for moderate pressure. It would be a good idea to use #10 stainless steel flat washers and possibly lock washers under the nut.

Replacement or installation of plastic eyelets for plastic or fiberglass kayaks. They work great. I used a couple of these on my sun dolphin when I added a sun visor.

I bought these to attach to my fishing kayak and they work great. Having bolts instead of screws is a definite plus, they are well made and large enough to fit small carabiners through.

Just what I needed to add eyelets to my kayak. They work great and have withstood everything I've tied up and towed. I would recommend them to anyone who needs more space or needs to tie more things.

Made of very durable material. I have a pioneer pelican and it looks like the kayak's material will break before they break. The only change I would have preferred was that the nuts were nylon lock rather than regular nuts.

I bought a fishing kayak for $300 and then spent less than $50 converting it to a fishing kayak. I must have saved at least $200 that way. These cable ties are easy to install, especially with a cordless drill, and will provide years of reliable service. They allowed me to attach other fishing gear to my kayak exactly where I wanted it.

I prefer this kit with nylon inserts in nuts when attaching such items to the kayak. This was with normal non-locking nuts. You'll need to buy stainless steel lock washers or, like me, nylon insert nuts at a hardware store or home depot. There are other vendors at Revain that sell this product with nylon insert nuts because I have purchased them in the past. Skip this product.

Great for my DIY boat and kayak project - they are strong enough to be useful in many ways and can handle a bit more weight/pull force than expected. The hardware is excellent. With these kayak mounts I was able to attach a large bin to the back of my kayak and load about 50 pounds of stuff in it and I leaned on the bin for a back rest, four of them on the bin held all that pressure/weight with no problem.

I took a loop and abused it. I hit him several times with a hammer. Then grabbed the sides with a pair of pliers and twisted and bent back and forth a few times and there was no visible damage. They can be attached with 3/16" grommets. Approximately 7/16" is the internal clearance this loop offers with no rope restrictions. I was tempted to deduct a star for the price but realized it was fair, paying a little more for two days shipping.I strongly recommend this product.
