no leather, bad material

Bought this chair 5 years ago. I bought this chair because I work a lot and needed a very comfortable chair. But after 4 years it started to peel off completely, terrible quality! Not skin. and the whole chair and armrests are completely peeling off, now it looks so awful.

Good at first but not for long

The chair was initially comfortable, if a bit hot. However, after 18 months of very frequent use, it is completely worn out. The floor is unstable and hurts my back trying to balance. I admit I'm on the upper weight limit and tend to recline, but this chair has lasted less than half the time I expected and nowhere near the 10 year warranty their marketing mentions .

Excellent chair: office furniture

Excellent chair. Very convenient. I've always had the cheapest office chair, but this time I've decided to treat myself. My only complaint is that the chair didn't come with instructions. I had to call support and was emailed instructions. It was a bit of a wait but they were very nice and quick. There are no complaints about the chair. I'm not good at packing and can easily get it done in just a few minutes.

The chair does not recline - as many others have said

Like many people, the incline lever is stuck. The chair just won't tip no matter what. We turned the cocking knob both ways so many times I lost count. We've searched the web for answers and found that most people have just returned a chair. Apparently we're too stubborn for that, so we're now contacting product support to try and get a replacement disk. Only 4 screws were required to remove the panel. So if they send us a new one, that's an easy fix. I'll post an update when we fix this; Iโ€ฆ

Very comfortable but cheap construction with thin plastic parts and poor quality finishes.

This is the most comfortable office chair I have ever owned. It lets you sit in a very natural way with good posture. It's a bit small on me (6'4", 200 pounds). However, there are some build quality issues. Many seams are poorly sewn, threads stick out or dangle. Plastic The paint on the plastic is a bit uneven and light scratched (part of it was scratched in transit just because it was crushed in the box).
