It is very difficult to find a "handler" in Samsung SmartThings that works for this device. Neither manufacturer nor model appear in the list of available devices in SmartThings. Zlink can be battery powered (and uses the very common AAA) but can also be connected to an external 5V power supply, giving a few more possibilities.
