I have had no issues with this provider in almost 20 years of working for them, they are always professional friendly which is important to us as we work around all hours during our day jobs! The best part about Zayo is the ease of use. I was able to install the equipment quickly and easily. There has been very little to no downtime with the service. The support staff is also very helpful. They are very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. There really is nothing I dislike about this service. There is a steep learning curve to this product. I would recommend this product to any business that needs a dependable internet connection. I have been using Zayo for my internet service

I like that they offer multiple options for service, including fiber to the home. The price is also very reasonable when compared with other providers in our area (eastern U-S), even though it's still higher than some of their competitors' services are offering! It would be nice if there was more data about what bandwidth each type of connection offers -- egress speeds vs ingress speed.
