This is good for cooling the back and buttocks. Zone Tech makes a different model, quieter. This model is quite loud, but just turn on the radio. It doesn't fit as well as the other model but works better on the back. The fan is quite large and interferes with the feet. I drove out in my big truck, so everything's fine.

The rear is high enough but the seat is not long enough to fit the Audi Q5. The fan is not seated properly and the bottom hooks will not attach. Even if I extended them with string, the fan would not lay flat against the front of the seat. The fan is also VERY loud, much louder than previous seat coolers I've used. Too loud when you want to make a phone call or talk to a passenger. Unfortunately it goes in the garbage....

Looks, feels and functions are good. Some reviews mentioned poor airflow and that was true when I first installed it. I have found that the front valve straps that hook under the seat are too tight and restrict airflow. I used a rope to extend the straps 5 inches and the airflow issue was resolved. The product I received also included a built in power cord switch with Off/Lo/Hi settings.

Wow! That's great. I absolutely hate the leather seats in my car. Summer in North Carolina would be a nightmare. But I found it just in time! Great concept great idea. The air flow from the calves to the shoulder blades is very strong! I have an average height/weight of 5ft 5in. 122 pounds. Connect/disconnect to enable/disable is the only thing I would change.
