Our dog is very reactive and has sensory problems. Her bear ears calm her down immediately. An added bonus is that it's super cute! She loves wearing her ears (she's not at all embarrassed walking around the neighborhood or going to the dog park).

It's very nice! My baby now looks like a teddy bear! The neck is a bit long but I can roll it up for a better fit. He hates it (and probably I do too now lol) and can take it off in 2 seconds. Use lots of praise and treats to help him adjust. I'm not sure how much it helps deaden the noise and reduce anxiety, but it's so cute for him I don't care.
