Cuts cheese nicely but always leaves a corner at the bottom which makes the piece of cheese uneven. Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but one small complaint. The roller is great for adjusting the thickness of your slices. 4/5 seems fair.

Slicer was fine at first. It comes with two interchangeable cutting lines. The cutting line broke after the 3rd or 4th use. I use one of the spare strings that came with it, it broke almost immediately. I replaced them with the last available string. It also soon collapsed. If you have a good "softer" cheese, it works well. If you have "hard" or aged cheese, it will ruin it, especially if you get to the last bite or two, which just isn't going to happen.
