Product Excellent! The seller is not very good.

This product is very good. That's not much if you have more than 5 dishes, but it doesn't detract from the quality of the item. It is made of stainless steel with the twin JA Henckels logo on the right side. The hooks are strong and slide up and down, they also slide left or right very easily without scratching your face once in place. It mounts on 16" centers and mounting hardware is included. Now as for the seller who was in the UK, HORRIBLE! The product is sold new and arrived in open…
