Great software to manage all kind off communication tasks

I like that it can be used for both phone calls as well as emails which makes this program very flexible in terms of how you organize your business's communications needs! The only thing about CMar 4 PAbx we don't love so much are some aspects related with its interface but they're not really complicated enoughtly bad nor do i dislike them too heavily - just take my word when saying there aren'y many things wrong here :) If anyone has experience using other programs suchlike Avaya Communicator then he will know what exactly am talking abut :). We have been able solve our problems regarding incoming/outgoing phones numbers management by integrating these two softwares together via SIP Trunking service from another provider who provides us also email services along side Voip telephony solution called RingCentral.

  • Very good customer support team (they've helped me out several times even though their main job is to help customers)
  • Good pricing compared against competitors.
  • Can handle lots of different types f voips including TDM, IP
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
