Moreover, I verified the speed using a high-quality USB 3.0 card reader. This is crucial to the test's validity because, on less expensive devices, performance can degrade by as much as 2 times.

Pros

For a GoPro 10, this rate is satisfactory.

Cons

The manufacturer's claimed speed of nearly fantastical 130MB/s has always baffled me. Or else the specific conditions in which this speed was attained must be described.
