Review on 💦 Moen 179108 Universal Chrome Kitchen Side Sprayer - Optimized for Kitchen Faucet Replacement by Jamal Webb

Bought to replace an existing side sprayer that uses this type of fitting on a Moen kitchen set. Installation was easy but what amazes me every time I use it is that the jet spreads out so the spray area is large and weak. This means the sprayer does little to rinse food off dishes (low pressure compared to my previous sprayer) and fine-tuning is almost impossible given the large spray area (so not great for rinsing sink rims). The button press feels cheap in the hand and the nickel finish is very shiny, plasticy compared to my previous atomizer, but I may have had a brushed nickel before. I thought the atomizer had better pressure and better designed holes. I've had better luck with other Moen items over the years so will try Moen again if this one needs replacing. I'm keeping this one because it's here and installed, but I'm biding my time; I will not tell all my friends to buy one of these.
