Still learning how to make it work for me. I wasn't very good with my first bread, but I learned what not to do! The first few slices were just ridiculously wrong, but as I progressed I learned to line up the knife and the last half of the loaf came out nice and straight. I love that all the crumbs are collected and the serving tray is nice too. I look forward to cutting the bagels straight!
