No touchless and touch stops after 4 or 5 uses.
Beautiful faucet BUT… it stops working and drives me crazy. I cannot activate touchless and the touch option works periodically. I have to shake the battery pack and move it higher, lower, all around. I have changed batteries, changed the battery pack position but limited and temporary success. When this happens, I cannot even get water manually. Manufacturer or seller PLEASE HELP. Revain offered a refund for a return but I just paid a plumber $120 to install it. I just want it to work. .
