Save your Dutch Oven with it.

I wish I knew about this before my Dutch Oven broke because family members put other pots in it. It pays to preserve the insides of pots and pans with any type of coating you don't want to scratch. I use one between my iron skillet, a Dutch Oven replacement, and a couple of my prettier non-stick pans. I like their size because they are big enough for big pots and if they stick out a bit for small ones it doesn't matter.
