Works and is easy to apply
Better than expected so far. I have a new bathroom with porcelain stoneware tiles and wanted something that would protect the grout in the large shower area from mold/mildew and the main floor area would retain the light gray color of the grout. In the shower, the water seems to run off instead of dripping and stays wet for hours after each use. I will do my best to add more reviews in 4-6 months.
