Review on ReminderCall by Calvin Reynolds

The ability to send reminders to my patients. It does a good job of getting the word out to patients. I wish there was an option to send the reminder with a picture of myself. It's not very nice. I am trying to help my patients feel more comfortable with their health care providers. Patients are more likely to come in to see the doctor than remember to. It's working well for my purposes. I like that it integrates seamlessly into our Practice Management Software System (TMS). The user interface could be improved - but this isn't really an issue as we're using their service for all of my practice's communication needs rather than just reminding patients about appointments. It allows me to easily integrate other applications such as email marketing platforms or scheduling apps.
