I like that our system is able to automatically detect new customers as they come online with their devices so there are no manual processes involved in adding them at this time.

Additionally it's easy enough when creating an account or transferring data from another provider if you want your customer list synced up across systems. The interface can be difficult but once someone has been trained how things work everything gets easier! We've had excellent success using Rokify to sync all three sites together allowing us to see what each site looks likes side by side which helps keep everyone informed about changes quickly without having several different people working independently within those platforms.
