Great Tool For Customer Communication
LucidVue is a great tool to manage our customer interactions. It is very easy to set up and easy to use. I would like to see more options for the customer to respond to our messages. I would also like to see more options for the agent to respond to the customer's messages. I would recommend LucidVue to any company who wants to manage their customer interactions. We are able to communicate with our customers in a way that feels like a personal conversation. We are able to keep track of our customer's messages and responses.
