Not what you think.

Not good! look elsewhere As most reviews say the piece flexes and bends making this insert dangerous to use. Easy enough to install (never could level) and then it went downhill. With all the play in the freshly cut groove, the carbide teeth of the saw blade continue to engage in the groove and deform the groove without play. Eventually you'd think it would "work by itself", but I literally just cut a piece off (7th cut with insert inserted) and twisted the blade off and the teeth caught the edge of the groove again, effectively cracking paste in one place. this place. I previously tore off a 3.5 inch strip from the wider part and because of the gap from the insert the wider part was actually trying to pinch the fence. This insert lasted 7 cuts before tearing. Garbage can. It's too weak to work properly. I'll take the advice of other reviewers and look at Leescraft or something made out of high density plastic or phenolic laminate. I love the Bosch table saw. I hate this insert.
