Please follow instructions, remove thermostat, remove all coolant, mix sealant with water, run car for 1 hour, preferably 5 heat and cool cycles . Drain, let stand overnight. Unplug the drain and fill it with water several times until it is completely clean. Fill in coolant. If you have a specific cylinder that you are getting OBD II misfires on, remove the spark plug and disconnect the fuel injector from that cylinder. Worked fine for me. Hope this works for you.
