I ordered a 16’ system and decided to check on the order prior to it shipping, realized that I had orders the incorrect finish (needed silver/nickel versus champagne). After a couple of exchanges with Matt at Promenaid customer service, he switched the components so that when the materials were delivered they were exactly what I needed.Everything arrived perfectly, no damage, all hardware accounted for. Assembly was a breeze even with trimming of the handrail extrusion (I ordered the handrail longer than required). It’s solid and looks great as well! I highly recommend the product.
