Without hexagon on the tie rod end
Installation was more difficult than it should have been due to the lack of a hex socket on the end of the tie rod. The part he replaced had a hex head, so some parts have that feature that allows you to tighten the nut and bring the mating surfaces into contact. Without this, the end of the tie rod must be firmly aligned with the bipod arm and intermediate arm before tightening.
