I received the first box. The seller contacted me directly before the goods arrived and asked me to contact him directly if there were any problems. That was my first hint that the box wouldn't work. Connected - does not work. So I emailed the seller and arranged an RMA through Revain. Revain was fantastic and sent a replacement straight away. Meanwhile, the seller apologizes and promises that the next box will work. It arrived; I plugged it in; it did not work. So I sent it back for a full refund. In the time it took me to solve both of these problems, I could have assembled the box in my lab, soldered the connections, and got the box working. This isn't a rocket operation. Update August 20, 2021: Just read that this device may require custom software or app settings. Another red flag, it's garbage. All you need to do is set up cables and connections - no software required.
