I love how easy it is to use, there are no extra steps required in order add or remove businesses from my list! Also makes adding/removing users very simple as well!! If you're looking at doing live chat with customers this app has been helpful when trying new features out (like using different text colors). The fact that sometimes they don't get added right away could be frustrating but overall its pretty straightforward once everything's set up correctly so not too big an issue. We've had success getting more people involved by having them create their own account instead of asking someone we know who uses Facebook Messenger every day if she would like us contacting her client base via messenger about our products & services - which works great because everyone loves chatting through video messaging apps anyway :) As far back-end goes all seems fine though haven’t actually seen anything other than what was shown during setup process regarding integrations etc however have heard nothing bad either! This being said i'd recommend setting things initially correct before making significant changes such as number limits /etc.. Have used Reach since launch almost 3 months ago now without issues!! I like that it's easy to use, I like how it can pull in all of my social media accounts and connect them to each other. The only issue I have is that it sometimes doesn't work. I would definitely recommend this if you're trying to get more reviews on the sites because it really helps. It connects with Google My Business so you can also see which customers are writing reviews.
