Certified and Refurbished? The only thing about it is that it was well packaged and well cleaned. It doesn't matter if IT DON'T WORK! The device turns on but turns off again immediately after the DVD dock (with or without DVD) is closed. I found an instruction manual on the internet and am trying to figure it out, but I'm disappointed!
